HIC ET NUNC
FROM A CD TO AN ARTISTIC PROJECT
Ten years are more than enough to think about a new record project. However, the question has never been the quantity or the quality of the available music material. In a high digitization period the question was:
What can really push me to create a cd instead of just putting my music online? The answer was: HIC ET NUNC.
How is possible to make necessary the presence of an object that today is not necessary any more?

THE IDEA
HIC ET NUNC is a work of art that represents the will to overcome the stereotype of serial reproduction.
Although the work cannot completely rid itself of this need, each phonographic copy takes on a unique and unrepeatable role. All the covers are indeed different one from the other. Each one represents a forty-ninth of the image on the first page of the booklet, creating, in fact, a work within the work.
The fundamental singular point has however been specified the moment in which, hic et nunc, you choose your copy and, as a result, your work, thus determining the uniqueness of the object. From that moment it begins to live as VISUAL AND AUDITORY WORK, to communicate with its interlocutor, and becomes, finally, a work of art.

The concept of extemporaneus is present at different levels of the work:
- Photography was used as a privileged means of instant reproduction of reality: the real moment (idealized) in which things happen, fixed on the film;
- Songs have a kind of improvised structure and development even if they are written;
- Trere are two improvised trak;
- The Original work will only exist at the time of its presentation. In fact, those who decide to buy a part of the work will gradually deconstruct the installation.
In order to be able to reproduce the work on other situations, I have been created cards that will take the place of the CD sleepcase, through the same process. These will create a remnant or reflex of the Original work. So, what we can see in every new presentation of the work will only exist hic et nunc.

THE CREATION
The work is divided into two parts: a positive and a negative one. The will is to to analyze reality in many ways, in the strict sense of considering both the physical and the metaphysical aspects of things.

CD
The CD contains pieces awarded at the most important classical guitar composition competitions:
1st Prize at the International Competition “BOSTON GUITARFEST COMPOSITION COMPETITION” (2013);
1st Prize at XXV CONCURSO DE COMPOSICIÓN DE GUITARRA CLÁSICA “ANDRÉS SEGOVIA” (La Herradura-Granada, 2013);
1st Prize at the International Competition of classic guitar composition “CLAXICA 2014”;(Italia)
1st Prize at the International Compositio Competition “IV PRÉMIO INTERNACIONAL DE COMPOSIÇÃO FERNANDO LOPES-GRAÇA” (Portogallo 2014).
